This is my first Bluetooth, and my 15th Motorola product and so far in 44 years I'm not very impressed with the service Motorola provides, I called them about this problem and all they said was I needed to either buy a XP computer or get a different Bluetooth device. I will be upgrading to Win 7 soon on the free upgrade program but don't see much change coming even with that.

I have downloaded and installed driver software for this, but with no result. There was a thread in this newsgroup about getting the PC to work with Windows Vista but it cannot be replied to with Google Groups.
